The policy of Damcyn's world Engineering and Services Limited is to provide services, which satisfy the Client's and Regulator's requirements in an effective, efficient and safe way. This will ensure Damcyn's world Engineering and Services Limited reputation as a reliable and innovative company in both the onshore and offshore industry.

It is the policy of Damcyn's world Engineering and Services Ltd to ensure, so far as is responsibly practical, the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees and other persons who may be affected by our operations. Other persons include sub-contractors, clients' representatives, visitors and members of the public etc.
The purpose of the policy is to promote a pro-active approach in the prevention of all accidents, which cause ill health, injury, dangerous occurrences and damage. This will be achieved by the elimination of foreseeable risk associated with identified hazards, thus establishing safe systems of work.
These systems of work will comply fully with the health and safety at work act and all other relative and subordinate acts and/or Regulations, including Approved Codes of Practice, HSE Guidance Notes and other relevant information.
Co-operation and discussion with appointed safety representatives on accident prevention will be encouraged to ensure full compliance with safety procedures.
Adequate resources will be provided by the company to ensure the effectiveness of the policy.
The policy will be revised annually or more often should it be necessary to take in the requirements of new legislation. The policy will be issued to all its employees and be available for inspection on all sites/premises controlled by the company. It will also be issued to sub-contractors and clients where necessary.
